These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HydroBlitz website and the booking and provision of HydroBlitz services. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services Provided

HydroBlitz offers residential and commercial high-pressure cleaning services including, but not limited to, driveways, patios, pool surrounds, paths, retaining walls, and building exteriors. All services are provided in accordance with the details outlined at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or through direct communication.

  • A quote may be provided prior to the job based on the information supplied by the customer.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted after on-site assessment, subject to customer approval.

  • Payment must be made in full on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $75.

  • In the event of adverse weather or unsafe conditions, HydroBlitz reserves the right to reschedule services at our discretion.

4. Service Limitations

  • Pressure cleaning results may vary depending on the age, condition, and type of surface.

  • HydroBlitz is not responsible for pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed through standard pressure cleaning methods.

  • Customers must ensure access to water supply, clear work areas, and safe conditions at the service location.

5. Liability

HydroBlitz will take reasonable care in the delivery of all services. However:

  • HydroBlitz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability for any proven damages caused directly by HydroBlitz will be limited to the total amount paid for the service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking a service.

  • Customers are responsible for securing pets, removing breakable items from work areas, and notifying HydroBlitz of any specific risks or access issues.

  • Failure to comply may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the HydroBlitz website, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of HydroBlitz and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Privacy
