This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a customer may be eligible for a refund and the procedures for requesting one. By engaging HydroBlitz for services, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of HydroBlitz in the following circumstances:
a. Non-Performance of Service
If a scheduled service was not performed due to an error or omission by HydroBlitz, and the customer has provided written notice within 48 hours of the scheduled service date.
b. Incomplete Service
If the service provided was substantially incomplete or deviated significantly from the scope of work agreed upon in writing.
c. Service-Related Damage
If it is determined that damage to property occurred as a direct result of negligence or misuse of equipment by HydroBlitz personnel.
2. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
a. Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic or uncommunicated expectations of outcomes (e.g., permanent stains, surface deterioration, or age-related wear that cannot be removed through pressure cleaning).
b. Situations where the customer fails to provide access, accurate information, or safe working conditions.
c. Services that have been fully completed and signed off by the customer or their representative on-site.
3. Request Procedure
To request a refund or dispute a charge, the customer must:

Allow HydroBlitz the opportunity to assess and rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Assessment and Resolution

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
